Adeaca was the original name of our company, founded in 2007 with the mission to help project-driven enterprises manage their operations more effectively. In 2025, we rebranded as PlanAutomate to better reflect our evolving focus on Project Automation and AI-driven project management.
Why the name change?
The name PlanAutomate communicates what we do more clearly and directly. While “Adeaca” represented our history, PlanAutomate represents our future—automating complex project operations across every function of the enterprise, not just planning or reporting.
This shift aligns with our core mission: To transform how projects are managed by unifying and automating all project processes—enabling transparency, predictability, and real-time control at scale.
Is PlanAutomate the same company as Adeaca?
Yes—same people, same products, same commitment.
The rebrand does not affect:
- Existing contracts or customer relationships
- Ownership or leadership
- Product offerings or services
The only thing that’s changed is the name—and a renewed focus on delivering next-generation solutions for project business transformation.

PlanAutomate is the creator of Project Automation, a new category of enterprise software built specifically for companies that live and breathe projects. Our platform replaces disconnected tools and manual processes with a single integrated system that automates project operations across finance, scheduling, risk, resources, and more.
We work closely with Microsoft to deliver advanced project solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, and we also support other ERP environments such as SAP.
